Faucets
A dripping faucet wastes water every hour it runs. We replace cartridges, washers and seals, or install a new faucet when the old one is worn out. Hard water is common in our area, and mineral buildup is behind a lot of stiff handles and weak flow.
Sinks
We fix leaking drains and supply lines under the sink, replace worn-out sinks and reset loose ones. If a sink drains slowly no matter what you try, our drain cleaning service clears the line.
Showers, Tubs and Valves
A shower that drips, won’t hold temperature or turns scalding when someone flushes usually has a worn valve cartridge or an older valve without pressure balancing. We repair or replace shower and tub valves, spouts and diverters, and we fix leaks behind the wall before they damage the subfloor.
Appliance Hookups and Fixture Installs
Dishwashers
We install new dishwashers and fix leaking supply and drain connections on existing ones. A proper drain setup keeps dirty sink water from backing into the machine. Replacing your garbage disposal at the same time? We can do both in one visit.
Ice Maker and Washer Hookups
We run water lines to refrigerator ice makers and replace old washing machine valves and hoses. Burst washer hoses are a common cause of laundry room floods, so we recommend braided hoses and a valve you can easily shut off.
Bidets
We install bidet seats and standalone bidets, including the water supply and any valves needed. If your toilet needs repair or replacing first, we can handle that too.
Shut-Off Valves, Hose Bibs and Winterizing
Shut-Off Valves
Old shut-off valves under sinks and behind toilets often seize or leak the moment you turn them. We replace them with quarter-turn valves that close easily when you need them. We also repair and replace main shut-off valves.
Hose Bibs
Outdoor spigots leak at the handle, drip when closed or crack inside the wall. We repair or replace hose bibs and can add a backflow preventer so garden water can’t get pulled back into your drinking water.
Winterizing Vacation Homes and RVs
Sacramento winters are mild, but hard freezes do happen, and a home or RV that sits empty is at risk. A single cracked pipe in an empty house can run for days before anyone notices. We drain lines, protect exposed pipes and water heaters, and get everything back in service when you return, checking for leaks as the water comes back on.

Whole-Home and Pre-Purchase Inspections
Buying a home, or just want to know what shape your plumbing is in? We check fixtures, valves, the water heater, visible supply and drain lines, water pressure and signs of past leaks. For older homes, we recommend adding a sewer camera inspection to see the line you can’t.
Our Repair Process
We come out, look at the problem and give you a free estimate on site. Once you approve it, we make the repair, test everything to make sure it works properly and close you out. Repairs carry a limited warranty, new installs carry a one-year warranty on leaks and labor on most jobs, and our coupons include $25 off any plumbing repair.
